Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.

Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related Adobe Creative Suite tools.

Good understanding of short-form content formats and platform algorithms.

Experience with editing UGC-style content.

Knowledge of AI tools in video production is a strong plus.

Strong storytelling, pacing, and music syncing abilities.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, familiarity with AI tools for video creation, and expertise in User-Generated Content (UGC) and short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning raw footage into highly engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop compelling video content for digital platforms.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into high-quality content.
  • Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
  • Develop engaging UGC-style content tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators to source and repurpose UGC.
  • Utilize AI video tools (e.g., RunwayML, Descript, HeyGen, etc.) to enhance editing workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form content and editing techniques.
  • Manage multiple editing projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram content strategy.

Familiarity with sound design and color grading.

Basic motion tracking or VFX experience.

Background in performance-based or direct-response marketing is a plus.
