Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT organizations in Pakistan, with 950+ employees. We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. We are seeking an Android/iOS Developer with Flutter who is passionate about advancing mobile technologies. This developer will work with our talented engineering team to design and build innovative mobile applications. The role involves close collaboration with app development and technical teams.

Shift timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location: Lahore (on-site)

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
  • Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and enhance functionality and user experience continuously.
  • Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and trends within the Flutter ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and full app development lifecycle.
  • Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and cloud messaging.
  • Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
