Housekeeper-Swing Shift

Job Title: Housekeeper

Victory Ranch is seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our cleaning team.

• Clean and maintain the high standards of Victory Ranch's amenity buildings and private homes, ranging from 2500 – 5,000 square feet.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.

1. Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors to a sparkling finish.
2. Vacuum clean carpets, rugs, and draperies with precision and attention to detail.
3. Dust and polish furniture and fittings to a showroom shine.
4. Clean metal fixtures and fittings to prevent rust and corrosion.
5. Empty and clean trash containers in a timely and sanitary manner.
6. Dispose of trash properly, maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
7. Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers to ensure hygiene and sparkle.
8. Wipe down glass surfaces to prevent streaks and smudges.
9. Make up beds and change linens as required to provide a comfortable guest experience.
10. Tidy up rooms to create a welcoming atmosphere.
11. Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry efficiently and effectively.
12. Iron and press linen to a crisp, smooth finish.
13. Sort, fold, and put away clean laundry in an organized and tidy manner.
14. Operate mechanized cleaning equipment safely and proficiently.
15. Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
16. Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements to ensure seamless operations.

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience or equivalent.
• Proficient problem-solving skills to tackle any challenge that may arise.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A passion for cleanliness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

Swing shift: Monday - Friday, Noon-8PM.
