What You Will Be Doing
  • Employing advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to detect and resolve product issues and bugs efficiently.
  • Utilizing AI development agents to craft and implement groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications.
  • Working collaboratively with a diverse global team to deliver top-tier enterprise solutions.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Repetitive Infrastructure Tasks: We minimize tedious infrastructure duties so you can concentrate on innovation.
  • Excessive Meetings: We prioritize development expertise over meetings. Expect more coding, less talking.
Senior C# Developer key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI-powered features to optimize workflows and provide service providers with cutting-edge tools.
Basic Requirements
  • Over 4 years of experience in commercial software development, particularly in production code for server-side web applications.
  • Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (such as Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); we seek developers familiar with LLMs rather than traditional ML engineers.
  • A proactive approach to integrating GenAI into daily development tasks.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
