Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate day-to-day operations and support activities
  2. Help manage tasks, keep track of progress, and prepare reports
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and assignments
  4. Find potential clients and help turn them into actual customers (for the Glotefewo project)
  5. Keep records, reports, and other important operational data organized
  6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
  7. Support quality checks, user testing (UAT), and user training
  8. Analyze different sets of data to gain insights
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business with IT specialization
  2. 1-3 years of experience in coordination, support, or operations. Fresh graduates from reputable institutions may also be considered
  3. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and support workflows
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills
  5. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities; ability to work under pressure
  7. Basic understanding of data analysis tools and concepts
