Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Go, , or Python
  • Architect and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications
  • Lead the development of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
  • Work on security-focused products
  • Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and implement efficient data pipelines
  • Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability, performance, and security
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend development experience with Go, , or Python, and familiarity with security-focused systems
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling secure, high-performance backend services (e.g., APIs, microservices, data pipelines)
  • Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Expertise in RESTful/GraphQL API design, optimization, and integration with frontends
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling
  • Comfortable collaborating on applications (bonus: SSR, state management, performance optimization)
  • Ability to debug complex backend issues, optimize latency/throughput, and mitigate security risks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
