Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced applications and integrate new software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new application functionalities related to integrations with external software.
  • Actively participate in work planning during team meetings.
  • Conduct code reviews and support colleagues in maintaining code quality.
  • Develop software in PHP and related languages, adhering to established coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and improve application performance.
  • Implement new technologies and continuously improve the development process.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or authorized personnel.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to workforce management solutions like Humanity.
Qualifications
  • Experience developing software in PHP and related languages, adhering to established coding standards.
  • Ability to design and develop advanced applications and integrate new software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new application functionalities.
  • Experience participating in work planning, code reviews, and maintaining code quality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and improve application performance.
  • Interest in implementing new technologies and improving the development process.
  • Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to workforce management solutions like Humanity.
