Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a front desk executive, preferably in the consumer goods industry. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, both in person and over the phone. You will provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual, and taking messages when necessary
- Providing information to visitors about the company and its products
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and tidy
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting other departments with various tasks as needed
