Job Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Director with 3-4 years of experience who is proficient in both graphic design and UI/UX design. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the creative vision, crafting visually engaging designs, and managing the workflow of our graphic design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader ready to bridge design disciplines and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Vision & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a compelling creative vision that aligns with our brand and business goals.
  • Translate business and user requirements into innovative design solutions.

Design Leadership:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure consistency, quality, and creativity across all projects.
  • Provide clear direction and constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Hands-on Design Work:

  • Create high-quality graphic designs and UI/UX prototypes that resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain a balance between strategic leadership and practical design execution.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and development—to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
  • Present creative concepts and design strategies to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback.

Project & Process Management:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
  • Continuously refine and improve design processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with proven proficiency in graphic design and UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and UI/UX projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring design teams.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and drive creative excellence within the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced agency or in-house design environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest design trends, responsive design principles, and human-centered design methodologies.
