We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide technical leadership, supervision, and production support.
  2. Develop end-to-end QlikSense dashboards for CTO and IT Service Management users and stakeholders.
  3. Gather requirements for MI reports, analyze needs, and manage demand and prioritization processes.
  4. Build and maintain dashboard data models, reusable technical modules, and components.
  5. Create and maintain solution designs.
  6. Enable self-service MI features.
  7. Demonstrate features and compare multiple BI tools.
  8. Optimize report and dashboard performance.
  9. Perform data analysis and troubleshoot data issues effectively.
  10. Adhere to Data Security standards, SDLC processes, and deliver tasks using agile methodology.
  11. Manage production support, Level 1 queries, and provide on-call support.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design MI solutions.
  13. Understand user business needs and concerns, integrating that understanding with technical skills.
  14. Communicate technical details, design, and strategy effectively to business users.
