Job Description
  • Identify and generate new business leads through client visits, participation in exhibitions/events, cold calling, and other strategies.
  • Arrange and conduct client visits to the factory.
  • Prepare reports for management including monthly marketing and sales reports, invoice status reports, dispatch status reports, etc.
  • Utilize modern database management tools like BI to benefit the marketing and sales departments.
  • Perform secondary research to gather and analyze data for identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, pre-bid and post-bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees, and perform all operational tasks related to tender submission.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding current and upcoming projects, resolve issues, and address concerns.
  • Prepare and submit claims as needed; resolve disputes and litigations effectively.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage order processing through ERP systems.
  • Maintain complete documentation of the marketing and sales department, including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed, and rejected projects.
  • Follow up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
  • Implement API/QHSE procedures and ensure product/process quality.
