This isn't your typical AI engineering position. You won't be confined to coding or theoretical models. Instead, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping education by crafting AI-driven systems for personalized learning experiences. As a pivotal team member, you'll architect AI-driven educational tools with the potential to transform learning. You'll harness LLMs to create contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring our AI creates meaningful and impactful content. What You Will Be Doing

  • Innovating AI Workflows: Craft and integrate AI tools, engineer prompts, and enhance workflows with insights from subject experts and users.
  • Developing Contextual Knowledge: Utilize LLMs as domain experts to create and sustain documents encapsulating knowledge and organizational insights.
  • Architecting Data Structures: Design and implement data frameworks that support business logic, ensuring scalable and efficient data models.

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate LearnWith.AI by generating engaging, personalized educational content using AI tools.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering
  • Proven experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok in a professional capacity
  • Strong interest in EdTech

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
