Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Automations & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work. You'll be responsible for creating automation workflows in CRM tools and ensuring our clients succeed by helping them achieve their goals through proactive support and smart process optimization.

Experience with AI Chatbots and AI Voicebots is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Automation:

Set up and manage automation workflows in CRM platforms like Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar.

Help clients build lead nurturing and follow-up systems that drive engagement and retention.

Create simple integrations with third-party tools using platforms like Zapier or Make (Integromat).

Support basic data management tasks like contact organization, tagging, and segmentation.

Customer Success:

Guide clients after the build out has been delivered and make sure they're set up for success.

Maintain ongoing client relationships through check-ins, performance reviews, and helpful updates.

Track client satisfaction and ensure they're getting results from their systems.

Share feedback from clients internally to improve processes and services.

Provide support to help clients better use the tools and systems implemented.

Use Asana to manage tasks, track project progress, and coordinate with internal team members.

Communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Experience working with CRM platforms (such as HighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Understanding of marketing or sales funnels and how automation can support them.

Familiarity with tools like Asana, Zapier, and basic automation platforms.

Very good communication skills and a client-first attitude.

Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup.
