We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Data Extraction Specialist to join our growing team in Multan office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing advanced lead generation tools, particularly Salesforce and Seamless.ai, to identify, qualify, and extract high-quality leads. This role will be crucial in building our sales pipeline and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for researching target markets, identifying key decision-makers, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within our CRM.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation:
    1. Utilize Salesforce and Seamless.ai to identify and generate qualified leads based on defined target criteria.
    2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries.
    3. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our sales pipeline.
    4. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
    5. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  2. Data Extraction & Management:
    1. Extract and compile accurate contact information, including names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
    2. Maintain and update lead data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
    3. Segment and organize leads for targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
    4. Develop and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes.
    5. Utilize advanced search and filtering techniques within Salesforce and Seamless.ai to optimize data extraction.
  3. Reporting & Analysis:
    1. Track and report on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
    2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    3. Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and pipeline development.
    4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation tools and strategies.
  4. Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
    2. Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation processes and strategies.
    3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and data extraction.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience:
    1. Proven experience in lead generation and data extraction, preferably in a B2B environment.
    2. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Seamless.ai.
    3. Experience with other lead generation and data enrichment tools is a plus.
    4. Experience in research and market analysis.
  2. Skills:
    1. Excellent research and analytical skills.
    2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    3. Proficient in data management and organization.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  3. Education:
    1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  4. Preferred Skills:
    1. Experience with Salesforce, Seamless.ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    2. Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
    3. Familiarity with sales development best practices.
