Job Type: Full-time (5 PM start time, 9-hour shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital products that provide seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  3. Develop user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
  4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  5. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects for web and mobile applications.
  4. Excellent understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  5. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
