Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and experiencedProjects and Contracts Managerto oversee and deliver key projects while managing all associated contract administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills along with a solid background in contract negotiation, compliance, and lifecycle management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple initiatives, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Contract Management
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts related to ongoing and new projects.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, relevant laws, and organizational policies.
  • Monitor key contract milestones, deliverables, renewal dates, and performance indicators.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contract-related queries and vendor/supplier communications.
  • Mitigate contractual risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, legal, finance, vendors, and clients.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress, budget status, and contract performance.
  • Support procurement efforts in selecting and onboarding vendors under agreed contractual terms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with demonstrated exposure to contract management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and contract management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
