Outdoor Sales Staff

Source Pakistan is seeking motivated Outdoor Sales Executives in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Sialkot & Peshawar. In this field-based role, you'll drive adoption of our B2B trading platform by meeting businesses on-site, showcasing our digital solution, and guiding users through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person visits to target buyers & sellers
- Pitch platform features & benefits; assist with on-site registration
- Deliver basic product training and resolve initial queries
- Generate leads and meet regional user-acquisition targets
- Gather user feedback and share market insights internally
- Maintain accurate activity, leads & registration records in CRM
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's in Business/Marketing preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn digital platforms quickly
- Proven track record of meeting sales or acquisition targets
- Fluent in Urdu; basic English proficiency
- Own transport preferred
