Job Title: Phlebotomist (Probation-Based, Rawalpindi)

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time (Initial 2-Month Probation)

Compensation:

Daily wage for the first two months (probation period)

Food allowance provided during probation

Permanent position after successful completion of probation with revised terms

Job Responsibilities:

Perform safe and professional blood sample collection from patients at home or on-site

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of specimens

Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols

Provide excellent patient care and build trust during home visits

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in blood collection

Must hold a Diploma or BS in Medical Laboratory Technology or FSc in MLT

Strong communication skills and ethical patient handling

Willingness to travel within Rawalpindi for sample collection
