We're Hiring: Power BI Expert

Location: Lahore (On-site) | Night Shift

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–3 years minimum

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Expert to join our Data & Business Intelligence team. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards
  • Perform ETL from various sources and create scalable data models
  • Write efficient DAX and use Power Query for insights
  • Collaborate with teams to gather business and reporting requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and follow visualization best practices
  • Optimize performance and implement role-based security
  • Document data flows, logic, and processes
  • Provide training and support to internal users

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and complex data modeling
  • Strong command of SQL and relational databases
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and BI principles
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Power BI certification
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services or other BI tools
