As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized properly. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400.

1. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils by hand or using dishwashing equipment.
2. Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in designated areas.
3. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and floors.
4. Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
5. Dispose of trash and empty recycling bins.
6. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
7. Follow all health and safety regulations.

1. Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
5. Basic understanding of sanitation principles.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
