Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, improve, and implement administration policies in consultation with higher management.
  • Maintain office building, furniture, water, and power supply systems.
  • Ensure the standards of products and supplies, and follow up on repair/maintenance activities.
  • Maintain good working relations with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain insurance records related to employees and company assets.
  • Properly maintain files of all administration-related records for smooth departmental operations.
  • Handle all political and external pressure as per policy.
Job Specification
  • Preference will be given to JCO of Pakistan Army.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed HEC recognized institute.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of administration experience within a corporate environment, preferably in a reputed textile company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to work under stress.
  • Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective team player and willing to work in coordination with different departments.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, Windows, and the Internet.
