As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic crew.

What You'll Do:

Plan and dispatch loads efficiently to maximize driver and fleet productivity.

Maintain constant communication with drivers, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Build strong relationships with carriers and customers.

Monitor routes and handle any issues that may arise on the road.

Keep accurate records and update shipment statuses in our system.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience as a truck dispatcher (U.S. or Canada market preferred).

Excellent communication skills with a clear American accent.

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with dispatching software & MS Office.
