As part of our digital transformation strategy, we're building an in-house creative team to support high-performance lead generation, event marketing, and brand visibility across social media and digital platforms. We're now hiring a Graphic & Visual Designer to join our core execution team.

Position Overview

You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all platforms. From social media creatives to internal posters, digital ads, print flyers, and event materials — your work will directly support marketing campaigns and team-wide communication initiatives. You will collaborate daily with the Ads Expert, Social Media Lead, and Counselling teams to ensure designs are timely, professional, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual content across digital (social, ads, web) and print (flyers, posters, expos)
  • Collaborate with the Ads Expert to create campaign-specific creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Support the counseling and marketing teams with quick-turnaround design requests
  • Maintain consistency in branding, visual language, and tone across all materials
  • Receive and track design tasks using internal systems (assigned by Team Lead Fayzan, coordinated by Tanveer)
  • Maintain a database of completed, ongoing, and queued tasks for transparency
  • Stay updated with design trends relevant to youth, education, and digital advertising
  • Participate in product training to align visuals with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva proficiency is a plus
  • Strong grasp of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, composition
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines under fast-paced conditions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt designs to match campaign objectives and brand tone

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for student recruitment, education, or service-based brands
  • Familiarity with social ad formatting (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Posts, TikTok formats)
  • Basic understanding of lead-generation and digital performance creatives
