Why This Role?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Engineer for one of our clients, a global technology leader committed to creating superior products and services that contribute to a better society.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Pattoki, Sapphire (Factory Location).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Assurance Oversight: Implement and maintain QA systems to ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  2. Production Monitoring: Track production performance against targets, identify deviations, and collaborate with the KD partner to implement corrective actions.
  3. Dispatch Coordination: Oversee finished goods dispatches, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
  4. Liaison with KD Partner Teams: Serve as the main contact between KD partner's Production and Quality departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  5. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on production, quality checks, and dispatches.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for quality and process improvements and support their implementation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance or production roles.
  • Experience with third-party manufacturing or KD assembly in the consumer electronics industry is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
