The selected individual will lead a team of 3 existing developers (who have 6-10 years of experience). He will directly communicate with the client in the U.S. to collect requirements and understand expectations. He will also communicate and support the team members to achieve cumulative project success.

The U.S. team (technical team, with project manager) hosts daily SCRUM meetings with the team and assigns tasks on a daily or weekly basis; however, daily updated status reports are required from individual team members.

Responsibilities include following company architecture and coding standards and assisting in the creation of documentation and test plans for new system development. Document functional and technical specifications, as well as test plans as needed.

Job Specification

C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server; Excellent design and analytical skills; C# - design patterns, generic collections, JQuery, ASP.NET state management, and Silverlight.

TFS - Team Foundation Server is a big plus. SQL Server - writing stored procedures and XML in queries is a plus. English communication and interpreting skills are required to communicate with the U.S. team.
