Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

About the role:

As aCluster Associate you will be responsible for establishment and management of 3-5 smart schools within targeted urban slum neighborhoods of Lahore. The role involves identification of sites, deployment of technology, overseeing operations and ensuring that the schools deliver sustainable success across key indicators such as growth in number of students and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• School location Identification: Conduct assessments and surveys to identify suitable locations for setting up smart schools within a designated cluster

• Negotiation & deal closure: Negotiate and finalize agreements for school spaces, ensuring cost-effectiveness and long-term viability

• School setup: Oversee school infrastructure setup, procurement of resources and technology installation

• Recruitment and staffing: Recruit a school team including school Principal and facilitators and onboard them on school policies and procedures

• Community engagement: Build strong relationships with community members and local stakeholders to encourage enrollment and participation

• Operations oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal learning environments and adherence to school policies and procedures

• Tracking and reporting: Regularly track and report metrics including student attendance, retention, academic progress and engagement levels. Proactively identify and resolve issues, and suggest areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Project Management, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, deployments, or operations management.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in managing logistics and working with vendors/suppliers.

• Technical aptitude and familiarity with educational technology or IT systems is a plus.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to challenges, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
