Job Title: Video Editor & Content Creator (with AI Tools Expertise)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Video Editor who can manage the end-to-end video production process, including ideation, scripting, editing, animation, voice-overs, and final delivery. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality output at scale. This role demands both creativity and efficiency to handle bulk video creation without compromising on storytelling or brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create videos from scratch – from concept development and scripting to post-production.
  2. Write engaging scripts and content tailored to different formats and audiences.
  3. Edit and assemble raw footage into high-impact videos using advanced editing techniques.
  4. Add voiceovers, background music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
  5. Design and incorporate animations and motion graphics where needed.
  6. Use AI-powered tools (e.g., text-to-video, voice synthesis, script generation, auto-editing platforms) to accelerate video creation and improve quality.
  7. Manage bulk video production workflows with quick turnaround while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
  8. Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to align visual messaging.
  9. Stay updated with the latest video trends, AI tools, and editing software features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
  2. Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar).
  4. Strong storytelling and content writing abilities.
  5. Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, audio, and text (e.g., Descript, Runway ML, Synthesia, Pictory, ChatGPT, etc.).
  6. Ability to manage high-volume projects efficiently without compromising quality.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  8. Strong attention to detail, visual composition, and audio syncing.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience working with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other digital video platforms.
  2. Understanding of SEO and video content optimization.
  3. Voice-over experience or the ability to coordinate with voice talent.
