  2. Coordination with all departments regarding any problems or guidance required.
  3. Supervision of all labor welfare matters.
  4. Arrangement for safely unloading and erection of all new machinery.
  5. Entertainment & protocol matters.
  6. Strict implementation of all management policies.
  7. Supervision of all civil construction matters.
  8. Supervision of all mill security matters.
  9. Dealing with police department regarding related matters.
  10. Inspection of fortnightly firefighting equipment.
  11. Inspection of first aid register & materials.
