Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate/Senior MERN Stack Developer based in Sialkot. The developer will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Daily tasks include working closely with cross-functional teams, developing scalable applications, testing and debugging code, maintaining code quality, and implementing new features. The developer will also collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack)
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web applications
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT sector and understanding of industry trends is a plus
