Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive the success of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing online product listings, optimizing the user experience, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize revenue. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer experience to ensure the seamless operation and growth of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to enhance online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  2. Website Management: Oversee the performance, design, and functionality of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  3. Product Listings & Inventory Management: Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels to maintain accuracy and availability.
  4. Digital Marketing & SEO: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  5. Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance user experience (UX) by ensuring a smooth checkout process, easy navigation, and a mobile-friendly interface.
  6. Sales & Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and analytics to optimize strategies for growth.
  7. Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure smooth operations and effective promotions.
  8. Customer Service & Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
  9. Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  4. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising strategies.
  5. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
  7. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  9. Ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
  3. Understanding of supply chain and logistics in e-commerce.
  4. Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.
