We're Hiring: Deputy Director – Quality Operations

Are you a quality-driven leader ready to take on strategic challenges? Join us as Deputy Director – Quality Operations, where your expertise will help ensure product excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all Quality Operations activities including QA, QC, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements (DRAP, WHO, FDA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to maintain high quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, risk management protocols, and audit preparedness.
  • Manage internal and external audits, CAPAs, and regulatory inspections.
  • Drive quality culture, process improvement, and staff development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and global quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
