Excellence Training Centre is a leading provider of comprehensive training solutions, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations.

The ideal candidate should be an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencer's and key decision-makers within accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media, to generate interest in academic programs.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective students or clients to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and eligibility of leads by asking relevant questions and determining if they are a good fit for academic programs or services offered.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and set up appointments for prospective students with academic advisors, sales representatives, or relevant staff, ensuring smooth and timely scheduling.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Follow-Up and Reminders: Send reminders and follow-up communications to ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments and stay engaged throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborating with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, strategies, and messaging, ensuring prospects are effectively converted into enrolled students.

Requirements:

  • You must have a stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation.
  • Superb English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in setting appointments and ensuring client attendance at meetings.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with calendar invitations and other scheduling tools.
  • Proven ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Must have experience in service selling; product selling experience won't be considered. Previous experience in selling life insurance or banking products is highly valued.
  • Related certificates/training will be a bonus.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: 50,000 PKR
  • Commission: 2-3%

Timings & Days:

  • The hours of operation are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PST, from Saturday to Thursday.
