Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in target industries such as gaming, metaverse, AR/VR, art and design, 3D services, and enterprise tech.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social media outreach to build and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Communicate effectively to understand client needs, interests, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Feative Studios' services and solutions.
  • Strategy Development: Manage and coordinate sales outreach and marketing efforts to build effective lead generation strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and converting quality leads.
  • Tools & CRM: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms to find prospects, and keep the CRM system updated to track activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and outreach results to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion effectiveness.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to continuously improve outreach and targeting strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B tech or creative services environment.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bonus if you have knowledge or interest in gaming, metaverse, or XR industries.

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Innovation Heights Complex, Commercial Area Satellite Town, Bahawalpur, Pakistan

Timings: 10 AM to 07 PM PKT
