Job Title: Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist

Location: On-Site (Bahria Town Civic Centre)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8 PM - 5 AM

Job Description:

Next Gen Solutios is seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
  2. Conduct lead generation through cold calling and other outreach methods.
  3. Introduce our company and explain the benefits of our products/services.
  4. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  5. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  6. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships.
  7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  3. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  4. Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
