Responsibilities
  • Drive incremental orders, ensure retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B Vendors, aiming to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
  • Improve customer experience by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations and owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions and events.
  • Identify and implement new value-added initiatives, proactively finding solutions such as establishing 2 exclusive partnerships with key accounts, either offline or on Foodpanda, with targeted monthly growth as a main KPI.
  • Ensure DL Photography of Top Key Accounts.
  • Handle deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly.
  • Reduce issue or fail rates.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage project risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, aligning support, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintain visibility and communication across teams, report progress to management.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as they arise.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • At least 1.5 years of direct account management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presentations and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry and operational costings.
