Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creativeSocial Media Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive community growth. This role requires expertise in content creation, performance tracking, and collaboration with various departments to maintain a cohesive and impactful online presence.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all content aligns with the company's voice, values, and goals.
  • Actively monitor, moderate, and engage with audiences through comments, messages, and discussions.
  • Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to expand reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities to enhance user interaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Track and evaluate social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and communication teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Assist in influencer marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and awareness through effective social media tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum1.5 years of experiencein social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such asCanva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge ofSEO and keyword research.
  • Experience usingGoogle Analytics and social media insights tools.
  • Understanding ofe-commerce marketing and product promotion.
