We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead with 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, team management, and international market exposure, who also possesses a strong background in software development. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and commercial aspects of the software industry.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business growth strategies tailored to the software development industry.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Technical Sales Leadership: Lead sales processes involving custom software solutions, including discovery, technical presentations, and solution mapping.
  • Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process including lead generation, client presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations.
  • Email Campaigns: Oversee email marketing and outreach campaigns focused on lead engagement and conversion.
  • Client Communication & Solutioning: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring business needs are met with tailored software solutions.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B marketing and business development, preferably in software or IT services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, SDLC) and related technologies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms.
