Riphah International University is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual for the position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in Anatomy at Islamic International Dental College, Islamabad.

This position requires the candidate to have a solid foundation in research methodology along with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. As a member of our academic team, the candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in departmental service. This role also involves managing a departmental team, promoting a collaborative and enriching academic experience for both faculty and students.

Responsibilities
  • Designing curriculum and annual academic schedule of the department.
  • To plan and deliver lectures according to the schedule under PMDC guidelines along with supervision of practical demonstrations.
  • To monitor and assist in department management, Lecturer/demonstrator supervision, inventory management.
  • To produce research papers per year (preferably in indexed journal or at least in PMDC approved journal).
  • To conduct annual exams and supervise formulation of internal evaluation at the end of academic session.
  • To participate in Academic and curriculum meetings if required
