Position Summary:

As an Immigration Officer at NTIS, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through various immigration procedures. You'll be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of immigration applications, offering expert advice on immigration laws and requirements, and serving as a dependable liaison between clients and relevant authorities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.
  2. Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients to ensure timely processing of cases.
  3. Provide up-to-date and comprehensive information regarding immigration laws, policy changes, and program eligibility.
  4. Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to evaluate their qualifications and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
  5. Maintain strong, professional client relationships through ongoing communication, support, and excellent service.
  6. Keep internal records updated and organized, ensuring all case files are managed with confidentiality and precision.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an Immigration Officer or in a comparable role within the immigration or legal services sector.
  3. Strong command of English; proficiency in Urdu is a significant advantage.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically.
  5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
