Awanwebs is a UK-based company specializing in website development and digital marketing. We are hiring for UK outbound and inbound calling campaigns.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can speak and understand English.

Job Description:
  • Handling a large volume of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Following communication scripts when handling calls.
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent listening skills are required.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented, hardworking, and punctual individuals preferred.
  • Experience in Telesales within a UK calling campaign is a plus.
Timings:

1:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary and incentives will be decided after the interview. A handsome salary package and a good working environment will be provided.
