Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Poultry Farm Manager based in Islamabad. The Poultry Farm Manager will oversee daily farm operations, manage poultry care and health, ensure optimal production levels, and supervise staff. The role involves monitoring feed and supply levels, maintaining farm equipment, and implementing biosecurity measures. The manager will also handle record-keeping, budget management, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Layer poultry farm management, including poultry care and health management
  • 3-5 years of experience is required at a Layer cage farm system
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise and manage staff effectively
  • Knowledge of feed management, farm equipment maintenance, and biosecurity measures
  • Record-keeping, budget management, and regulatory compliance experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Islamabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, DVM, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in layer farming practices is required
