We are looking for a talented and creative Video Shooting and Editing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, excellent technical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality video content from concept to completion. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering engaging video content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Video Production:
    • Plan, shoot, and record high-quality video footage for various projects (e.g., promotional videos, social media content, events, interviews, etc.).
    • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other accessories.
    • Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
  2. Video Editing:
    • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
    • Add graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the final product.
    • Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites).
  3. Creative Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
    • Incorporate feedback and make revisions to meet project goals and deadlines.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Organize and archive video files and assets for future use.
  5. Technical Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest video production and editing trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment or software.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Video Shooting and Editing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of color grading and visual effects.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and video optimization techniques.
