Research Associate, Short Term Support Staff Department of Nutritional Science

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the following positions in the Department of Food Science under Higher Education Commission project No. Ref No. 20-116348/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2021, titled "Potential utilization and value addition of pomegranate peel extract by exploring its therapeutic and antimicrobial potential in bakery products" with the following terms and conditions.
Positions and Terms- Research Associate (1)
No. of Positions: 01
Honorarium: Rs. 11,666/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year (extendable to one more year)
Qualifications: B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent in Nutritional Sciences or relevant field
Experience: Candidates currently enrolled in MS-HND & having good knowledge related to physicochemical analyses and report writing will be preferred. Duties include working in both field and lab, raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing proposals, and manuscripts.

No. of Positions: 01

Contract duration: 1 year (extendable to one more year)

Experience: Candidates with good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing will be preferred. Responsibilities include working in both field and lab, raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing proposals, and manuscripts.
The project duration is 24 months. These positions are purely temporary. Incumbents will be required to sign a bond for the entire project duration.
