We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Configure, implement, and maintain DDI infrastructure (Vital QIP, Infoblox, efficientIP, and F5 GTM).
• Manage DDI appliances and VMs.
• Upgrade firmware and software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Participate in on-call duties and handle live incidents.
• Automate tasks and processes using automation tools.
• Document and communicate technical information concisely.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
