About SHCC: Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC), a statutory body of Govt. of Sindh, is responsible for improving the quality of healthcare services and banning quackery in all its forms and manifestations in the Province of Sindh. The Commission is looking for a suitable candidate for a contractual post with the following eligibility criteria at SHCC Head Office Karachi.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Maximum 55 Years

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration (MBA), preferably in HR from a well-reputed recognized national/international university. (For foreign degree holders, equivalence from HEC would be required).

Experience: At least 15 years experience, out of which 5 years in HR/Administration/operations in a leadership role at a reputable organization. Experience in the Healthcare Sector will be preferred.

Knowledge & Skills: Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deal with diverse stakeholders. Should have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure with ease. The incumbent will also cater to the operational needs of all other directorates of SHCC, such as IT-related issues, procurement, maintaining vehicle fleet, and arranging conferences/seminars/meetings at various locations. Knowledge of Government of Sindh Service Rules, Efficiency and Discipline Rules, and Sindh Public Procurement Rules, as amended from time to time.

  5. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.
