Job Description:

Job Title: Project Closer / Senior Software Engineer (ON-SITE)

Timings: 6PM - 2AM (Pakistan Time)

Location: F-7 Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Project Closer / Software Engineer to lead our sales/business development initiatives within the dynamic IT sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of successfully closing projects, talking 1-1 with clients and possess and showcase a strong technical communication to match client's interests.

Experience in client call handling is crucial, along with a solid technical background knowledge with multiple development stacks encompassing Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next, Node/Express, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, & MySQL or Full Stack Development is required.
This role is fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively handle client calls, demonstrating adeptness in understanding client requirements and proposing solutions and how you can deliver.

- Showcase experience in closing software projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Speak fluently and professionally in English during client interactions, conveying the value of our IT solutions through compelling presentations and demonstrations.

- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless coordination and documentation of client requirements.

- Demonstrate knowledge of Full Stack Development (tools like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next, Node/Express, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, & MySQL/NoSQL) to communicate to clients to land a project effectively.

- Proven track record in software or IT project management, closing, or sales, with demonstrated experience in closing projects and achieving sales targets.

- Fluent in professional English with exceptional communication skills, especially in client call handling.

- Experience with DevSinc is preferred, although all candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of project closures and software/web development.
