Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer (Social Media) located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics for social media platforms, designing web and logo elements, and developing branding materials. They will collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into creative designs, ensure brand consistency, and enhance user engagement through visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media, web banners, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets for campaigns
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Create templates and reusable design assets
  • Stay up to date with design trends and tools
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines

Qualifications

  • 1.5 to 2 Years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field would be a plus
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
  • (Bonus) Basic animation or motion graphics skills
