Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant – Oracle Finance to join our ERP implementation team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Financial modules.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Financial applications including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver financial solutions.
  • Participate in testing, training, and user support activities.
  • Prepare documentation such as functional specs, process flows, and end-user guides.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to senior consultants as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Good understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Cloud
  • Exposure to Pakistan or GCC localization
  • Oracle Certification (OCA/OCP) is a plus
