  • Respond to user inquiries, provide assistance, and offer guidance to community members seeking WordPress-related solutions.
  • Create and curate compelling and relevant content, such as blog posts, tutorials, etc., to educate and engage the community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and provide valuable insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
  • Organize and promote community events, webinars, and meetups to foster networking and knowledge-sharing among WordPress enthusiasts.

  • Strong passion for Digital Marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and helpful attitude.
  • Experience working with WordPress.
  • Creativity in generating engaging and informative content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably within the WordPress community.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, online forums, and community engagement tools.
