We are looking for a talented Design Developer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into visually compelling graphics, animations, and interactive elements. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality visual outputs that align with our brand and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design & Development:
  • Assist in designing and developing high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, video animations, and UI/UX components.
  • Create interactive designs to enhance user experience across platforms.
  • Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other tools.
  • Ensure design consistency across digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX designs that are functional and visually appealing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions.
  • Follow brand guidelines and contribute to visual identity evolution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas.
Technical Proficiency & Innovation:
  • Use industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite to create visuals.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends and tools.
Client Communication & Presentation:
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to teams and clients.
  • Refine designs based on feedback.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Design & Animation Expertise:
    • Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and animation.
    • Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
    • Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframes and design systems.
    • Ability to convert 2D/3D concepts into interactive visuals.
      • Technical Knowledge:
        • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
        • Knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
          • Soft Skills & Problem-Solving:
            • Creative and problem-solving skills.
            • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
            • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
